At Rescript, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we've made the resolution process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
